You will need the current entry codes to get in. They will not work until 17:45 on weekdays and 12:45 at weekends.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule, otherwise a £10 fee will be charged. Changes made within 4 hours of the start of your rehearsal will be completely non-refundable. This is to cover the difficulty in rebooking the slot.
Payments can currently be made in cash on the day, by PayPal (using a credit/debit card if you don’t have an account) or by BACS transfer. Soon, only electronic payments will be accepted.
Bookings of two or more rehearsals are payable upfront, unless you have a weekly agreement (please ask for details if this is something that would suit you).
All breakages must be reported. The studio will be checked after every rehearsal. Breakages that do not constitute normal wear and tear will be chargeable and will need to be paid for within one week.
During your rehearsal:
Do not smoke anywhere inside the premises.
Drummers: Use only your own cymbals.
Keep the doors and windows closed when making noise.
Put all rubbish and recycling in the correct bins (emptying any cans / bottles in the sink first).
After your rehearsal:
Switch everything off.
Take all of your belongings with you, unless you have an arrangement to leave something behind.
Make sure all of the doors are fully closed behind you.
In general, be respectful and leave the space as you found it.
